Paul Brow founded All Car Specialists in 1972. He started by working out of his parent’s garage, first as a hobby, until an overwhelming demand for his services prompted him to make it a business.

In 1978, Paul and his wife Cheryl opened their first retail automotive repair business in San Gabriel.

Paul has taught at East La College for the past 20 years and loves sharing his automotive knowledge with the next generation. He also is on the automotive  Board of Directors for PCC, ELAC, Rio Hondo colleges and Mark Keppel High school.

Sarah is the oldest daughter of founders Paul and Cheryl. She grew up in the shop, answering phones and learning the business from a young age. Today, she proudly serves as the Office Manager and is preparing to take the lead in running the company alongside long-time Manager Ron Recalde.

Ron Came to us straight from Elac’s Automotive program. He started as a parts driver, when Paul saw his potential. He worked his way up to general manger of All- Car Specialist. He has been a huge asset to All Car Success and we are so lucky to have him to continue on the legacy.

Jorge Is our Top service writer here at All- Car, with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry.

He always greets each customer with kindness and respect.

Dan has been with All - Car for 20 + years He is the Head of our parts department and always gets the best deals for our customers.

He has 40 + years of automotive experience and is a crucial part to All Cars success.

Randy has been with All- Car for over 8 years.

He is our shop foreman and He specialized in diagnosis, repair, smog, and alignment.

He is an ASC certified technician and is always wanting to learn and grow his skills.

Alex has been with us for 3 years, He graduated from the East Los Angeles automotive program.

He is working on getting his ASC automotive certificates, he is hard worker and quick learner.

Artemio has over 35 years of experience.
He specializes in heavy line mechanic work, engine, timing chains, ect.

Andrew is one of our newer technician, He is a recent grad from ELAC. He is a fast learner.

Isaac is a recent grad from ELAC. He is learning the automotive industry and helps with keep the shop orderly and clean and gets our parts in a timely matter
